About the market
The Town of Lexington Farmers Market is a farmer/grower and local artisan market dedicated to promoting, supporting, and encouraging local production in a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Our mission is to educate residents about the benefits of eating fresh, locally grown produce, supporting local artists, and celebrating the Certified SC program.

Dates: May 16 – September 26 (No Market July 4)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Applications open in February and close on May 1. Throughout the season, applications may reopen on a rolling basis if more vendors are needed.
Vendors can pay their fees through their Marketspread dashboard. You may use the following link for a detailed explanation on how to pay fees in MarketSpread. Vendors are required to pay their application fee before their first market date. Daily fees are due two weeks before scheduled bookings.
Vendors can cancel their booking by submitting an Event Day Change Request in Marketspread. You may use the following link for a detailed explanation on how to submit a request. Vendors may also email Market at Icehouse at market@lexsc.gov to request a booking change.
Vendors can locate their booth assignments through their Marketspread dashboard. You may use the following link for a detailed explanation on how to locate your booth assignments: Locate Now
Vendors may unload their items in the adjacent parking lot, but they are not permitted to park there. Vendors may park in the nearby parking lots, located at Town Hall, the county building, and Virginia Hylton Park. Market attendees may park in the adjacent parking lot.
Attendees are allowed to bring their dogs to the Market at Icehouse. We do not allow non-service animals at any other Icehouse events.

All vendor applications must be submitted through the “Apply Here” link below. If the link is closed, we are not accepting any more applications at this time.
We are not accepting paper or physical applications.
Application deadline
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the season. Additional vendors may be contacted if cancellations occur or space becomes available.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Due to the high level of interest each year, our team carefully selects vendors to ensure a diverse, high-quality market experience for both vendors and visitors.

Please note that the Vendor Agreement has been updated. Changes include:
- Revised booth size options
- Updated cancellation policies and fees
- Adjusted vendor capacity limits
